Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy can do wonders for your emotional wellbeing. A tailor made blend of therapeutic oils will be used to address your specific needs such as relaxation, releasing brain fog and uplifting mood. You will receive a small bottle of your blend to use afterwards.
Eye Soother
A soothing eye mask and gentle massage to revive tired eyes!
Warming Balm
A specifically made balm using warming essential oils such as ginger and rosemary to target muscle aches and pain. There is a pregnancy safe version also.
Herbal Heat Therapy
Herbal heat packs are placed on particular areas that are achey and tight to relieve tension and increase relaxation.
Scalp Renewal
This ultra relaxing massage will stimulate your scalp whilst at the same time calm the nervous system.
Detoxing castor oil liver pack
A warm castor oil pack will be placed over your abdominal area to encourage movement and detoxify. Whilst this works it's magic you will have a relaxing foot massage.This would be ideal postnatally if you had medication during your labour.
