Essential Oils that are safe during Pregnancy
Updated: Dec 9, 2018
Congratulations, Mama! Pregnancy is such an exciting time full of planning and heading into the unknown, as much as it can be a an amazing, positive experience there can be times which can be challenging such as sickness, body aches, anxiety etc. If you are like me and don't particularly like taking over the counter medicines then essential oils are a fantastic natural alternative.
Essentials That Are Safe To Use
Essential oils have been used for over 25 years by midwives, doulas, nurses, and mothers-to-be and have shown no harm to the mother or baby. That said you can only use essential oils after your first trimester and only some are safe to use which I have listed below for you.
